2 barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, butorphanol, dronabinol, entacapone, general anesthetics, nabilone, nalbuphine, opiate agonists, pentazocine, phenothiazines, sedating H1-blockers, tolcapone, tramadol, tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs): increased risk for CNS depression; specifically sedation.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]

pioglitazone, rosiglitazone: when thiazolidinediones and pregabalin were taken concomitantly, there was an increased likelihood of weight gain and peripheral edema. Peripheral edema was reported in 3% of patients taking thiazolidinediones, 8% of patients taking pregabalin and 19% of patients taking pregabalin and thiazolidinediones together. Weight gain was reported in 0% of patients taking thiazolidinediones, 4% of patients taking pregabalin and 7.5% of patients taking thiazolidinediones and pregabalin. Weight gain and edema can increase heart failure symptoms.[9]
