How to reward a volunteer effort?

One concern I have is that I would like to be able to reward all contributors with, at a minimum, acknowledgment of their contributions. For example, I would like to have a page listing Editorial Board members. Likewise I would like for contributors to be acknowledged somehow, but I have a feeling that list may become unwieldy rather quickly and would be impossible to substantiate in any meaningful way.

Still, if a Pharm.D. student were to build a monograph entry for PubDrug, he or she would certainly deserve recognition. Can we certify this process somehow so individuals may be recognized for their efforts? Suggestions??
